Limin Chemical: USD 151.8 million was raised to build projects for emamectin benzoate, fosetyl-alumi

Limin Group Co., Ltd (formerly known as Limin Chemical) released prospectus of public offering of convertible corporate bond and several other announcements on 25 Feb., 2021. The total amount of convertible bond reached USD 151.8 million. After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be used for following 5 projects, including technological transformation project for 12,000t/a fosetyl-aluminium TC.
